2) Where possible please send pre-cropped / edited in accordance with Scout / Guide Association guidelines for publishing photo's. We reserve the right to amend (after judging & if we publish it) where we feel it is nessecary to conform with these guidlines.

3)Whilst you retain overall copyright, by sending photos, you grant permission for The Sun Run and Malvern Challenge to use them.

4)Images may be published on our website or in our gallery, in leaflets and adverts and associated materials we produce.

5) Please send your contact details in the email, and limit the file size for any one email to 5mb.

6) Helpers and Organisers can not enter this competion.

7) Helpers (see 6 ) - However, Seperate to this, Helpers still send in the photos to us - I am sure that you still know what can gain a token or two.)
